Relax you need to release all the tension in your mind and body.
Exhale; learn to breath properly, we forget to do it, Do cleansing breaths.
Smile; when you are smiling you release the tension, it also gives you a wellness feeling.
Simplify; Holidays are a time to reflect, celebrate, enjoy your time spent together, prioritize, create new traditions, awesome memories
